With this information, Dunkin’s campaign will aim to poach Starbucks customers by offering them a more efficient experience. We will reach them at their most irritable, while waiting in line, and use that emotion to drive a decision to leave for a better, quicker option.
We will use geo targeted ads and “air drops” around Starbucks locations at their busiest hours. These promos will Include limited time offers at Dunkin’, and explain how our lines will save customers time. We will also be able to utilize the “Get directions” feature, to lead customers to the nearest Dunkin’ location.
